1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:
- Defects in materials and workmanship.
- Issues arising under normal use conditions.
2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.
- Warranty is not applicable on laces.
- Normal wear and tear, including sole wear, creasing, and fading.
- Damage from exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or harsh environments.
- Products that have been altered, repaired, or modified without our authorization.
3. How to claim warranty?
To initiate a warranty claim:
i) Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at customercare@minics.in within 90 days of purchase. Provide:
- Order details (Name, Mobile Number, Email Address & Order No.)
- Clear photographs of the defective product.
ii) Assessment: Our team will evaluate the claim and may request the product for inspection.
iii) Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will offer:
- A replacement of the same or similar product.
- A refund will only be issued incase of non-availability of the same or similar product.
4. Return of Defective Products
If requested, please return the defective product in its original packaging to:

5. Limitation of Liability
