How can I find the right shoe size?
You can refer the shoe size chart that you can present on the product page of our shoes. Our shoes are true to size. The only difference is the roomy toe box, which is more suitable for Indian feet.
What are the sneakers made of?
The shoe is made of pristine materials that feel as good as they look. The entire exterior has a microfiber backing that makes the shoe flexible and breathable. A fine mesh lining runs in the sock area. Sounds like a dream? Well, it even fits like a dream.
Are all the styles unisex?
Yes. We believe that passion should be borderless and style should be genderless.
Can I work out in these shoes?
If at all you decide to pair it up with your gym outfit, we bet it’ll look crazy. Gym, court, party—wear these anywhere. However, we do not recommend this shoe for performance athletic use.
Can I request a custom order?

How can I place an order?
Easy, peasy. Just go to the collections page on our website, take your pick, and place the order. You can always reach out to our customer support for anything.
How do I check the status of my order ?
You will receive a tracking link as soon on your registered email & whatsapp as the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
What are the different payment modes?
Card payments, UPI payments, pay-later options, and cash on delivery—we accept them all.
What if I want to cancel my order after it’s been shipped ?

Can I change the address or phone number after placing the order ?

My payment is deducted from my bank account but the order wasn't placed. What should I do?

What are the shipping charges?
Your shipping is on us if your billing amount is above Rs. 999/-. However, standard charges of Rs. 100/- will be applied when shop below Rs. 999/-.
When will I receive the order?
Your new pair of Minics don’t travel at the speed of light but are fast enough to reach you within 5-7 working days of placing the order.
Can I opt for express delivery?
The good thing is that all our deliveries are express. We love it when you place an order and are way too thrilled to wait for too long.
Do you ship internationally?
We don’t ship internationally yet, but you can choose any part of India, and we’ll make sure that it reaches you in time.

How can I return a product?
If the size and colour are not as expected, you can always place a return request within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll accept it as long as you promise to place another order. JK, we’ll accept it even if you don’t.
Can I return the shoes after trying them on?
Yes, one hundred percent. A great shoe must never let you down. If you try it and find the size or colour unexpected, we’re more than happy to exchange it for you within 7 days. However, if you’ve made up your mind to return it, we’ll take that as well, as long as the shoes haven’t been worn outside.
How can I exchange a product for a different size?
We’re more than happy to exchange your order for a different size within 7 days. Hassle-free, promise!
How long does it take to return the product and receive the refund?
Once you’ve successfully placed a return request, the shoes will be picked up within 24–48 hours. Once we receive the package and run it through the quality check bars, your payment will be processed within 7 business days.
How will I receive my refund if I have placed an order on COD?
Don’t worry, we will take your bank details and process the refund without any hassle.
